The room, it was comfortable
Several things. Most importantly, I have three children with egg allergies and one with celiac disease. At breakfast the food allergens were not labeled and only gluten-free cookies there were contained egg. My daughter could only have one yoghurt for breakfast, cost me a lot of money to get, on the third day I had to buy it for her. Today, I left the hotel, after the director left, they were kind enough not to charge me for the two yoghurts. glass of milk + 1 piece of toast that the other 2 children had for breakfast they charged me 4, 5 euros each! It would have been nice if they had not charged us for the milk and toast of the children, as I have spent almost 800 euros for the accommodation of the 4 days of the 5, since I was not allowed to take family room, I had to take 2 rooms, one double and one triple. I don't think I'll be coming back.

All in all, the hotel very well. . . Now, the positive. - Very good attention at all times. . Both to us and my little dog in this case, which I appreciate very much. . . - Room service with a wide and varied menu... - Good atmosphere and feeling throughout the complex. - It has an auxiliary door with a code on the 3rd floor to be able to leave and enter from the other side of the hotel. Very comfortable. If they changed the pet policy, it would probably be one of my favourite hotels in Oviedo.
I'll start with the negative points:. Supplement for pets of 15 EUROS. Despite admitting pets. you have to pay a 15 EUROS surcharge for them, I find. in printer's terms, excessive, secondly. contradictory, If you accept pets. you accept pets, Parking costs £9. 5. If not. you have to manage to park in Oviedo. depends on the season and day or the time - it's complicated,

Nice facilities. Great staff. Excellent coffee in cafeteria. hotel is located in the lower part of the ring, so there is direct access to the back street through 2 doors without having to go through reception. Executive Room: The 42" TV. Floor of platform. Comfortable king size bed. Several pillows. Comfortable armchairs. Large safety box. Bathrobe and slippers.
On January 19, a double deluxe room is reserved and at the time of entry they say that they are no longer available despite being confirmed on several occasions. They give a lower category room discounting price, because there is no other option. High bathtub and difficult access. Very small bathroom. The sink sink is dirty after use because of the methacrylate type material. A small sofa is missing. TV with bad/no reception of many national channels. They do not change glasses in the room. They indicate kettle and coffee maker and it turns out to be a small kettle only for soluble coffee. No coffee maker. A lamp is missing in the corner of the living area. Only 5 hangers and no clothes rack. Small table, there is room to put it bigger. Little decoration. No drawers in bedside tables or desk. A little bit of traffic could be heard in spite of the soundproofing. Also the door opening sound of the back entrance. The opening cards of the room door had to be changed and still didn't go well. We had to order batteries for the TV remote control at 23.00 because they were exhausted. We have to take parking in the hotel because it is impossible to park in the area.

No doubt the receptionist who was a delight at all times.
first room they gave us the mattress was very old and creaky just sitting there and very uncomfortable. We asked if we could be changed. They told us that with a new mattress they had the executive level ones, we paid the 10 euro supplement to get a new mattress. More comfortable, yes, this time the mattress didn't creak, bed base was old and limping and when you turned around you could hear the continuous clacking, clacking of the legs squaring off the floor. Bed apart, all the facilities are old. Worn furniture, old chair upholstery, etc. bathroom had no heating so for an executive room you would freeze inside, from the room to the bathroom there was an incredible temperature difference. Old bathtub, washbasin without stopper or grate so if something falls in there it goes straight to the pipe. They put in bathrobes but in such an old state that they'd better change them or not. It had boiled for infusions and when we went to use it it was dirty with milk stuck to it by some previous user. Small details that make the stay disappointing. more than normal breakfast for 9 euros per person, with nothing special.

The room was clean and very fresh food at the breakfast.
There is not much within a short walking distance from the hotel. The city center is a 15 to 20 minute walk, uphill. The gym is very small and does not have weights.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and modern, with a very welcoming design. I also enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk away from the city center. the staff provided excellent service and were always helpful and friendly.
The noise from the road in front of the hotel was quite bothersome, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the heating system was also quite ineffective and noisy, forcing me to turn it off and rely on extra blankets for warmth.
